Jaw Slimming & Chin Definition aims to create better balance in the lower face. The jaw may look wide because of large chewing muscles, or the chin may look less defined in proportion to the rest of your features.

Where the masseter (chewing) muscles are enlarged, Botox may be used to gradually reduce their size, which can help create a softer jawline. To define the chin, Dermal Fillers may be used to add volume and improve projection and balance with the face. The right approach, or a combination of both, is decided after assessment.

Your appointment includes an assessment of facial shape, proportions, and jaw muscle activity, a discussion of the result you would like, and an explanation of the proposed plan before starting.

Filler results are usually visible sooner, while the effect of Botox on muscle size develops gradually. Results vary between individuals, both treatments are temporary, and follow-up is needed.

Treatment may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with inflammation in the treatment area, with certain neuromuscular conditions, or with sensitivity to the ingredients.

What to Expect
